What data is required?
A client-list export from your AMS as a CSV. Any AMS that can export a spreadsheet works. A basic client list is enough for captive agencies.
What do I receive?

Do I have to get on a call?

Is my data safe?

Does this replace my AMS?

A single-policy account is a starting point for review, not proof that the client lacks other coverage. Confirm current policies, other coverage and the client's needs before making a recommendation.
For renewals, check the current expiration date and recent contact history before assigning a next action. A CSV snapshot alone cannot prove that nobody has followed up.
Automation should support the process your agency has verified. Keep coverage decisions with your licensed team, respect contact preferences, and measure conversations, quotes and bound policies separately. Identified segments are not sales or revenue.
